Your enquiry
We use your email, service selection, contact permission and related correspondence to respond to your request and discuss an engagement. Providing these details is optional, but an email is needed for a reply. We rely on steps you request before a contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interests in business correspondence. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. The unticked contact checkbox covers your enquiry, not a marketing subscription. Its wording and notice version accompany the submission.
Providers and security
The Cloudflare-hosted version uses Cloudflare for hosting and Formspree to receive and store enquiries and send configured notifications to our Gmail mailbox hosted by Google. These providers process technical information for hosting, delivery, spam prevention and security. Submission requires a deliberate action on a configured live hostname. If the form displays a preview notice, it has not sent your details. The email icon opens your email app. We do not sell enquiry details or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention and international processing
We keep details only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable legal or claims requirements. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Contact us for the applicable retention criteria, transfer arrangements and information about safeguards.
Cookies and your rights
Our application uses no advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Display preferences stay in page memory; hosting and security services may process technical logs. Formspree may require a third-party anti-spam verification; its providers may process data necessary for that check. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent.
